3. Feeds - 50 - 80% of the total cost of production
4. Neighborhood - are the best protectors of the enterprise
5. Market - A ready market for livestock products at reasonable price is needed
6. Building - Initial Investment goes to the construction of sheds for the animals
7. Shelter - the quality and quantity of products produced depend upon feeding, care and available facilities
8. Labor - the size of the farm determines the cost of labor
9. Farm Accounts and Records - tell the progress of the enterprise
